Nexus Development LLC is a dynamic General Constructing and Construction Management firm. We provide specialized construction, rehabilitation and renovation services to commercial and residential clients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Chicago, and California. The scope of our services includes preconstruction design, budget development, scheduling, construction coordination and supervision.

The Nexus in-house staff performs most of the actual construction on the projects. We have a fully equipped steel and wood shop and on our staff we have licensed welders, licensed plumbers and licensed electricians as well as master carpenters and masons. All projects are supervised by our highly experienced project managers.
